How does per-seat pricing work?
A seat is one recruiter or hiring manager with access to Roster. Add or remove seats as your team changes; you're only billed for active seats.
Does Roster connect to my ATS?
Yes. Roster reads your ATS and past applicants alongside the public record of what each person has built. Your data stays yours, and nothing is shared between customers.
What counts as an active job?
An open role you're actively sourcing for. Starter includes up to 5 at a time; Team and Scale are unlimited.
Is our candidate data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Scale adds SSO, a security review, and a signed DPA for teams with formal requirements.
