- 2Drag a weight up or down (for example, hands-on systems work over years in seat).
- 3The list re-ranks as you drag.
Priorities are per job
Weights you set on one job never affect another. Each role keeps its own priorities, so a staff IC search and a manager search rank differently even from the same pool.
